Poem-The Perfect Man

The Man Who Made No Mistakes

The Man Who Made No Mistake

There once was a man who feared to try,

Who watched life pass quietly by,

He measured each step, weighed every move,

But never stepped out with something to prove.

He waited for perfect, for timing just right,

For all to be clear, for no need to fight,

But perfect never came his way,

So he drifted through another day.

He feared a fall, he feared the shame,

He feared the loss, he feared the blame,

So safe he stood, both firm and still,

Yet never climbed a single hill.

But what is a life that never risks?

That never reaches, never persists?

A heart that beats but dares not run,

Has lost before itโ€™s even begun.

For every builder must first lay wrong,

Every weak must grow to be strong,

Every victory starts with a fall,

And faith must answer when God does call.

The man who never made mistake,

Left no mark for heavenโ€™s sake,

No story told, no path made new,

No seed was sown, no dream he grew.

But the one who stumbles, yet rises again,

Finds strength through trial, not free from pain,

For God can shape the broken clay,

And turn each loss to a brighter day.

So step, though trembling, do not delay,

Trust God to lead you all the way,

For better to fall while trying to stand,

Then never move at Godโ€™s command.

God Knows โ€ข God Loves โ€ข God Cares
